Huda Beauty Powder: The Shades
As I said earlier, it’s all about the shades and the diverse baking powder shades that Huda is giving so many different options. Since I live in India, I really appreciate the range of baking powder that Huda Beauty is offering us.
So let’s discuss the different shades and what transformation they will do to your face.
1. Sugar Cookie
“A translucent, ultra-brightening powder with a neutral undertone suitable for fair to tan skin tones.”
2. Cupcake
“A light powder with pink undertones to mask under-eye darkness, suitable for fair to light skin tones.”
3. Pound Cake
“Golden undertones work to disguise dark under-eyes for fair to tan skin tones.”
4. Banana Bread
“Golden undertones brighten and disguise under-eye darkness for light to tan skin tones.”
5. Blondie
“Golden undertones brighten, while pink undertones disguise under-eye darkness. Perfect for light to tan skin tones.”
6. Kunafa
“Bold golden undertones brighten and balance dark under-eyes for deep tan to rich skin tones.”
7. Cinnamon Bun
“Subtle golden undertones brighten and balance dark circles for rich skin tones.”
8. Coffee Cake
“Red and golden undertones brighten and conceal under-eye darkness for rich skin tones.”
Huda Beauty Powder: As A Setting Powder
The powder is quite beautifully applied to the skin and feels smooth, although it disappears faster if a less amount is applied. It is great as a loose powder to set the under eyes, also without baking. It leaves a smooth creaseless finish under the eyes. Since the pigment is soft, you can easily swipe it off your face after setting the makeup.
Huda Beauty Powder: As A Baking Powder
If you are gonna use it as baking powder, then you will need a lot more powder than just for setting. After applying a decent amount of baking powder, you need to keep baking it for about 5 minutes (for the ones with dry skin).
Does It Survive The Whole Day?
I have used the Huda beauty powder to set my under eyes, and they truly were smooth and without any crease the whole day. It is a great beauty powder, but the only problem is that it definitely doesn’t fall into the affordable section cuz it’s costly.
Even though the price is a bit on the costlier side, the powder is definitely worth its price, as it delivers what it promises.
Customer Review of Huda Beauty Powder
Before trying any makeup product, you should always read the customer reviews of the product to verify its validity and usefulness. So here are a few customer reviews often Huda Beauty Powder.
1. “The best loose powder”
OMG, this loose powder is so good it is so fine it sets my under eyes so perfectly the Powder is really lightweight, and the shade perfectly matches me it can match from a dusky skin tone to a Little deep skin tone and is waterproof and stays up the whole day it worked very well for me I hope that for you guys too.
2. “Beautiful”
I go at this in the shade of a cinnamon bun, and I have a dusky skin tone. It’s quite warm, and I just wanted something natural otherwise, I’d have gone for the shade kunafa. Anyway, I got a Huda mini liquid lipstick as part of the offer. I love this product. It’s not so affordable, but it’s totally worth it.
3. “Only if I could give it more than 5 stars.”
Blended perfectly, gave me a fabulous radiance and felt as if I didn’t wear makeup at all. Worth the hype! Worth the price! This is my 7th Huda product from Nykaa, and I will continue to stay loyal. Go for it. A very small quantity of the product on the beauty blender can do the Magic…
4. “Blondie shade”
Best powder for setting foundation & concealer. Feels very light. Works well on dry skin, dry patches can’t be visible. I am Nc30 in Mac, and this shade has a perfect yellow undertone and suits me well. Also, I don’t have any issues with the fragrance. It’s quite good.
5. “Bomb”
I choose cupcakes, As im fair, and have a pink undertone. When choosing shades, Huda has the most awesome ones, good for all skin types. My skin is a combi, T zone dry. Rest okay. No pores and no dark circles. I use this to control my sebum after applying my sunscreen, this helps mattify my face but does not dry out. I use this for baking me under my eyes and setting makeup. It’s finely milled and will not make your skin patchy. I sweat a lot, and it has not let my makeup, undereye concealer budge. Great product, I use this with Huda concealer. This is my HG product.
